Visas & documents

The paperwork, handled.

We check what you need, prepare the file, book the appointment and follow it to a decision — for business trips, trade fairs and holidays.

What we do

Six parts of every visa.

Visa check

The visa type, the stay allowed and when to apply, for every passport and destination — free on this site.

Applications

E-visas filed online for you; embassy and consulate files prepared, submitted and paid.

Invitation letters

Business invitations from our companies or your partners, matched to your itinerary and the embassy’s format.

Document review

Passport validity, photos, bank statements, bookings and letters checked against the embassy’s list before filing.

Appointments

Fingerprint and interview appointments booked, with a list of what to bring.

Tracking

We follow the application to a decision and answer any request for more documents.

How it works

From passport to visa.

  1. 01

    Tell us the trip

Passport, destination, dates and purpose — or run the visa check first.

  2. 02

    Your document list

The exact list for your passport and trip, with a sample of each letter.

  3. 03

    We review the file

Every page is checked before it is filed, so it is not sent back.

  4. 04

    We file and book

Online application or embassy submission, fee paid, appointment booked.

  5. 05

    We follow it

Status checks, and answers to any request from the embassy.

  6. 06

    You travel

Your visa sits in the trip file with flights, hotels and our numbers.

Fees

What it costs.

What it costs.

  • Government visa fees are passed on at cost, with the receipt.
  • Our service fee is per traveller and quoted before anything is filed.
  • Priority processing, where an embassy offers it, is quoted separately.

What we cannot do.

  • Guarantee a visa — the embassy or immigration service decides.
  • Shorten an embassy’s own processing time, except through its official priority service.
  • Leave out a required document: if the embassy asks for it, it has to be in the file.

Questions

Asked before every application.

How early should I apply?

As soon as your dates are fixed. Online visas often take days; embassy visas can take weeks, and trade-fair season is busier. The visa check suggests an apply-by date for your passport and destination.

Do I have to go to the embassy?

Many embassies take fingerprints or interview applicants in person. We book the appointment and tell you exactly what to bring.

Can you help if I am not booking a trip with you?

Yes. Visas and documents are a service on their own; we quote the service fee before we start.

What happens if a visa is refused?

We explain the reason given, and whether to reapply, appeal or change the plan. Embassies do not refund their fees; for trips booked with us, our booking terms set out what is refunded.
